Overview
The Field Coordinator will lead community engagement and on-ground execution for our forest conservation and restoration work in Gadchiroli district.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Coordinate local community members for plantation and fire-prevention drives.
- Maintain accurate field records and report progress to the regional lead.
- Act as the primary liaison between F4F and village-level stakeholders.
Requirements
- 2+ years of field/community work, ideally in forestry or rural development.
- Fluency in Marathi and working knowledge of local dialects.
- Based in or willing to relocate to Gadchiroli.
